NO RETURNS – All Purchases are Final

In order to ensure our customers receive the highest quality products, MFT cannot accept returns for items including (but not limited to) kits, pillars and BioResonators. The energy signatures embedded in these products are their value and these energies can be erased through exposure to extreme temperatures (freezing), magnets, or BioResonators*. This is why we carefully package shipments with insulating materials and will delay sending out a shipment in winter storms. Aside from these precautions, we cannot control these factors once the products reach our customers and so we cannot accept returns.

*BioResonators can cause damage if they are within a few feet of the vials and the resonating sides are exposed for more than 4 minutes. To avoid this, be sure to store the BioResonators with the resonating sides facing each other.

Exchanges for Damaged Products – If you believe there is something wrong with your order upon arrival, please contact us at: support@morphogenicfieldtechnique.com. We may be able send a replacement product or offer store credit. Proof of purchase is required.

Event Credits – If you are unable to attend an event after purchasing a ticket, your ticket-value will be credited toward an online replay of the event (if available) or a future event.

SHIPPING

Your order should ship within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, there may be a 1-2 week delay due to weather or supply chain issues. We cannot ship in extreme temperatures due to the nature of our products.
